PLEASE NOTE THAT THESE TERMS CONTAIN AN ARBITRATION CLAUSE. EXCEPT FOR CERTAIN TYPES OF DISPUTES MENTIONED BELOW, YOU AND CUPIEE AGREE TO RESOLVE ALL DISPUTES THROUGH MANDATORY BINDING ARBITRATION. YOU WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT OR CLASS-WIDE ARBITRATION.
9.1 Arbitration Process
All disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules.
